A combination of tapers and new carbons trialled and trialled until we got it right has given us the chance to bring you 16.0m pole that is a true dream to handle... it weighs just 1270g at full length. And if you feel it at just below the 13.0m mark you'll be blown away as the 700g "just aren't there" as one tester put it! Of course we have adjusted the elastic rating to No12 as this is true match pole for mixed fisheries, rivers and canals. Despite this categorising we know the UK angler will push the limits and it will eventually prove to be capable of a lot more. It is a Daiwa pole after all!
