A stunning new range of rods the Horizon series borrows much from the Horizon XT range in terms of materials and technology and with our superb low resin carbon sourcing we have yet again created slim and lightweight rods with delightful actions which cater for a wide range of different fishing styles.
The wrap on the Horizon rods brings a combination of 3K on the butt section to give stiffness and steely power at the bottom end with 2K on the top section to increase tip speed and the tip speed increases with the test curve to give a beautifully graduated series of rods.
The 2.75lb test rod is available in a cork or abbreviated handle version and has a beautiful through action but with plenty of poke at the bottom end to get you out of trouble if needed. The 3lb model is a great all rounder with a slightly faster tip for delivering those longer chucks; both are fitted with 40mm butt guides through to 14mm tip rings.
The 3.5lb test models feature even faster tips and are superb casting rods with the 13ft version in particular an awesome distance tool and all are fitted with a 50mm butt ring to a 16mm tip to reduce casting friction.
