tip here: Most anglers use PVA stocking that sinks rapidly to the lake bed,

silt and weed. If you leave some air in your PVA Bag it will sink much
slower through the water, allowing the free offerings to settle visibly on
top of silt and weed. Also, when the bag ruptures it scatters the bait
achieving a different and more attractive baiting pattern to trick the
